Being a social worker and academic counselor helped me in managing students in high school, with their academic and behavioral issue. Measuring students’ outcomes and making sure that they achieve their best putting into consideration levels of differences. Ensuring Parents satisfaction through regular parents’ meetings.
Before joining BIPS, Mai was working as an EYFS manger for more than 5 years, and has as a nursery supervisor in Ajman.
Mai has completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Cairo University, and had her Masters Degree in Translation from International University of Africa. She is now completing her CACHE 5 diploma in leadership for children and young people’s settings.
