I am Wael Nassereddine, the Vice Principal at Brilliant International Private School. With a Master’s in Educational Leadership, a PGCE, and an undergraduate degree in Chemistry, I bring over 15 years of extensive experience to our esteemed school.

I am a firm believer in the progressive philosophy of education, and I always aim to create an environment where students are inspired to learn through real-world experiences, thereby gaining a profound understanding of their subjects. I actively champion innovation, global citizenship, and mutual respect among our diverse student community. Both inside and outside the classroom, I ensure that our students develop essential skills such as critical thinking, reasoning, problem-solving, and more. Prioritising a student-centric approach, I incorporate inquiry-based learning, hands-on activities, and project-based tasks, further enhancing them with an engaging and gamified methodology.

In my various leadership roles, I have consistently dedicated myself to school inspections and accreditations. I’ve played pivotal roles in enhancing SEF, fine-tuning teaching methods, streamlining assessment techniques, and advancing data-driven teaching. Living by the vision, “Together we learn and grow”, I am wholeheartedly committed to empowering our students, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to excel as lifelong learners and make significant contributions as global citizens.

As a member of the School Leadership Team (SLT), my focus is to ensure that the school consistently meets, and often exceeds, the highest educational standards, fostering a culture of collaborative success and progress.

Asifa Sultana

Mrs. Asifa Sultana has been in the field of education for the past 22 years. She joined Brilliant International Private School in September 2021.

Her educational background includes a Master of Science Degree in Zoology and Bachelor of Education Degree. Her interest to excel in the field of quality education has led her through various roles, from that of a teacher, subject coordinator, supervisor and Vice Principal in sister concern school of the same group.

A motivated high energy educator with a solid commitment to the profession, institution, and to the social and academic growth, and holistic development of every child Mrs. Asifa has actively involved in all areas of education, including curriculum planning and development across the phases, assessment patterns, learning styles, teacher mentoring, and innovative and latest pedagogical practices.

A seasoned teacher trainer, Mrs. Asifa has organized and conducted various workshops and in-service training programmes for teachers. An accommodating and versatile individual, she has proven her ability in problem solving, motivation and people management. A self-driven leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, she enjoys effectively collaborating with all levels of staff members and fostering quality relationships with students and parents.

Mrs. Asifa believes “Every child is special.” Hence a teacher should passionately strive to create a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, and adaptive to the varied needs of every child.

Mrs. Asifa lives in Sharjah with her husband and 11-year-old son. Her husband is delivering his services as Technical Manager in Engineering field. They have all enjoyed living in the UAE for the past 19 years. Mrs. Asifa enjoys reading, listening to podcasts and gardening in her spare time. Her favourite part about living in UAE is having so many incredible opportunities to travel and experience new places around this wonderful world!

Mohammed Abdurahiman N.M

Mr. Abdurahiman N.M was recently appointed as Administrative officer at Brilliant International Private School and is co-ordinating the COVID-19 Task Force at school. He received his Masters in Economics from the University of Calicut in 2011 and continued to receive his B. Ed from M.G University.
Thereafter, he immediately started his career in Kerala for a period of 6 years. With over 11 years of experience managing the school as HOS, Abdurahiman is a seasoned Administrative officer that has brought positivity in all situations. Starting in 2001, he set his foot as HM and quickly rose in the ranks to become School Administrative Officer. He assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration policies, programs, and practices within the firm.

In his free time, he enjoys reading books and watching football matches.

I have a BA Hones degree in Arts and Education with a specialism in (Arabic and Islamic Education) this has been awarded to me after 4 years of rigorous intensive teacher training. In addition to my degree, I am also a proud active member of the International Federation group for the Arabic Language.
Presently I am a UAE Ministry accredited Head of Department and Arabic teacher with 8 years of valuable experience, leading a team of 20 teachers guiding and mentoring academic professionals to deliver the UAE MOE curriculum for Arabic and Islamic Education as a First and Second language.
As a skilled and professional practitioner, I have excellent subject knowledge as well as extensive primary and secondary teaching skills that have allowed me to deliver fun engaging lessons with exceptional classroom management.
As a member of the new SLT team, my main focus will be on 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 from the MOE framework (Attainment, Progress and Learning Skills). In Arabic and Islamic Studies.

Enjy Essam

I’m Enjy, working in the educational field since I graduated from Alexandria University, as I have a Bachelor’s degree in Geography & Geographic information systems from the Faculty of Arts and a Higher Studies Diploma from the Faculty of Education, so I have about 10 years experience between my home country Egypt and my second home UAE.
I have been in different roles in my field starting with a teacher in Alexandria Schools, Al Jubilee Private School in Abu Dhabi, Al Rashidya Private School in Ajman, Sama American Private School in Sharjah, then my current career in BIPS School as a teacher of MSC B, HOD of Social Studies & Moral Education and member in the SLT Associate team.
My role is to make my teaching subject a bridge that the students can pass through it to real-life exploring the world and prepare them to have a shiny future with higher-order skills.
Also as a Head of Department, I am guiding my team to ensure that the students are getting a high level of learning to achieve outstanding attainment and progress.
I got the opportunity to perform another important duty in my career, as I had been a member of the exam control committee in Sama School reaching to be the Internal Exam Officer in Brilliant School.
My personal life also has an essential role in keeping me a balanced and positive person. Family, I have 3 daughters who are giving me all the inspiration that I need, my husband is working in Rak Bank as a customer service manager, so he is the first supporter of me and my career through his leadership skills that he is doing it already. Hobbies, I like swimming and cycling and doing it always to keep my mind clear and lusty.
I’m so proud of what I have done until now in my professions, hoping and striving for more development in the educational field which will affect positively all the stakeholders.
My main mission is to continue gaining my aims, solving any obstacles, and challenging any challenges.
