As a Mathematics HOD at BIPS. I am responsible for continuously improving the quality of teaching and learning in the department and My goal is to create a vision, sense of purpose and pride in the department, to inspire department members and to develop departmental strategies for the student’s spiritual, moral, social and cultural development. I am passionate about Students’ Education and feel my expertise in the Secondary Frame work and strong knowledge of the Cambridge Curriculum will be an asset to the families here at BIPS.
Dedicated and dynamic Mathematics teacher with a PhD degree and a total of 14 years of experience (10 years in India and 4 years in UAE at the British School) educating at the undergraduate and high school levels. Adept in creative lesson planning and real-world-related lessons. A motivational educator with exceptional communication, analytical, and multi-tasking skills. A distinguished record of publication in academic journals. Commitment to helping students develop their full potential in their studies. Strong philosophy of teaching, and knowledge of many different methods to motivate students to develop their expertise in specific Mathematics areas.

I have a very strong focus on safety whether that be in the classroom or online, children’s wellbeing is always at the forefront of my mind. I aim to ensure the Mathematics Team will work to support all students become confident learners that are enthusiastic about school life.
